点评:Dining here was a fabulous experience. Nice decor; reasonable sound levels. Exempliary service. Fabulous food.
The concept is to share food. The cuisine is Persian-inspired, but bowers from Georgia, Armenia . . . We had lamb lollypops: grilled lamb with a couple of sauces: one tahini-based; one herbal oil. Delicious.
The Date Salad although very good, seem to lack dates. We mentioned it to the server. The owner came over and apologized and brought up another portion with more dates.
We had Georgian flatbread: Khachapuri. Soft and pillowy dougn shaped like a boat with a cheese filling and an egg yolk on top. To die for.
Maine scallops with lots of pine nuts. Sweet, moist and super tasty.
The server, who mildly tried to upsell us described the desserts: all of which sounded scrumptious. The owner's wife-made Kadayfi with pistachios, cream filling and sweet syrup was wondrous.
Perhaps even better was a layer cake with pistachio cream, custard layers.
We will be back.
