Myles On Main的点评
点评：We were staying at Hyatt Place across the street and saw an ad for a new restaurant, Myles on Main. It was located just across the street, so we decided to make a reservation and dine there on a Friday evening. The staff was accommodating and the decor was very nice. Being a new restaurant, there are some things to work on as expected. Shortly after a server took our order, another server came to our table to take our order. Better than being ignored, right? When the food came out, we could tell it was going to the wrong table. My husband's meal was set down before someone else and they almost set mine down in front of another customer when she stated that she did not order that. So they took it back to the kitchen. When our meals came out, my husband's was fine; however, mine was not. The eggplant was inedible, dry and tough. I could hardly cut it. It was obviously sitting in the kitchen for too long and dried out. So they put in another order for me. I waited as my husband ate and then my second meal came out. My husband enjoyed the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and onion rings. There were enough potatoes for a family! My second meal was slightly better but still too dry and tough. The sauce and mushrooms were fine. The eggplant was not peeled which I believe added to the toughness and I really had to work at it to cut pieces. When asked how the second meal was I just said okay. They could tell that it was not to my liking. Fortunately, the restaurant did not charge us for my meal. We left thinking, "They did a nice thing. Maybe we will try it when we are in town again."
