昆斯伯里-格伦斯福尔斯希尔顿惠庭套房酒店的点评
点评：The most important things to me is if a place is clean ( see, touch, smell) and if the bed is crisp.
Pros
-well located (off highway and near log jam restaurant)
-newish
-clean
-comfortable mattress
-good coffee
Cons (biggies)
- I asked for room on quiet side ( not highway) I was told there is no difference and given a room on the highway. Not only could I hear it, I awoke with the taste and smell of exhaust and a headache. Exhaust is not clean.
- I’ve never before had to remake a newly made bed;
- sheets were slippery polyester.
- top sheet was shorter than the blanket
-blanket was not a blanket. Instead, they used a mattress cover complete with the pad and the netting that wraps over the mattress. ( yes, this is the blanket!)
-the top cover/bedspread has a pocket for the blanket to tuck into ( as in other Hilton hotels) but it was not used.
-when I took apart the bedding, I saw the actual mattress pad inside out on the mattress and hair.
Dear hotel;
if everyone who needs just a spoon or just a fork for breakfast has to open a plastic wrap with 3 utensils, salt, pepper and napkin - I ask; how much waste is this one hotel responsible for? Shame on you.
Another example: The walnuts are somehow processed nuts and not plain walnuts.
Is it really all just about the bottom line?

另一个例子：核桃是经过加工的坚果，而不是普通的核桃。
真的只关心底线吗？
