点评:We hadn't been to Richardson's in a few years and thought it would be nice to go back to see the place. We use to work there when Vivian and Andy owned it then grand daughter worked there when Johan owned/lived there. So many wonderful memories of the wonderful people who waited tables and bar too. This time a totally different place! We had reservations for 5PM for the 4 of us. The hostess/manager was a young lady who seated us in the bar section (only ONE other couple was there). The table was a huge round table that could have easily seated six. We asked to move to a 4-top and were denied. Very unprofessional of her considering we were early seating. Our waiter was excellent (long time working there) and the food was good. We know another couple who went there for their wedding anniversary on June 21st - made 7PM reservations - requested INSIDE seating and arrived to be told they didn't have record of the reservation and could sit outside! No they did not want outdoor seating so waited around 30 minutes - non drinkers so NOT at bar and were ignored so they left and went elsewhere. Again, same young lady (very "distinctive" look for a high end restaurant BTW)
All that said - none of us will be going back! What has happened to the Richardson's of old? Management needs a TOTAL OVERHAUL!
