点评：My daughter in law ordered take out for our family dinner and paid for the meal online. My husband and I picked up the order and we were told that the meal was not paid for because the charge was cancelled. So y husband paid for the meal. When got to my daughter in law's she said she had paid and her card was in fact charged. We called the the pub and explained. We we were told someone would call back that could issue the credit. No one called so we called again...we were told that no one at the restaurant had the ability to credit us and that the manager would be in in later...couldn't tell us a time but they would call. We got a call back within minutes and the woman took our card number and said she issued a credit. This was 10 days ago and we will have no credit. We have called at least 4 times and have been told at that no one is there that can check the credit card number to verify that they obviously credited an incorrect number. No one has called us back again. Awful customer service. Just want the money we are owed.
