点评：We made an appointment for a tasting for 4 people at 3:45 PM. We arrived a few minutes early and really enjoyed walking the grounds and the gardens. The view of the lake is very nice, and the winery itself is beautiful!!
The tasting is done at a table in the winery. The young lady took our orders (each couple chose to share a tasting), and brought our tasting back a few minutes later. She briefly talked about the wines, and we tasted at our leisure. She stopped over several times to see if we had any questions. It was so nice to see the big size wine glasses so that we could swirl before tasting. It was unusual to see all 5 tasting brought out at the same time.
We enjoyed the wine, and purchased Unoaked Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
As we were leaving the staff was super helpful in recommending a great place for dinner (Sapalta), and we were grateful for their recommendation.
