点评：We hadn’t been to Caio Bella for almost a year due to no other reason except that time got away from us. My mother in law has been staying with us this summer and on her last night we wanted to take her somewhere special, and immediately thought of Ciao Bella. We were not disappointed! As always the service and ambiance was better than we could hope for, and the food was wonderful. I had a capellini with shrimp and spinach which was cooked perfectly, and also mussels in a red garlic sauce. The mussels were delicious, clean, tender and tasty! My husband had linguini and clam sauce and my mother in law ….chicken cutlet with string beans and mashed potatoes. All cooked perfectly. I really could continue, but i just wanted to give them a 5 star review because they are consistently impressive. If you are in Sullivan County living here or vacationing, definitely make the time for dinner at Ciao Bella in Monticello.
