点评:First off, I was staying at "LA Quinta" Hotel which is across the parking lit from BWW. We decided to have dinner here since we've never eaten at a BWW before. As soon as we arrived the waiting room was jam packed and the host was nowhere to be found. After about 2-3 mins of looking for the host to check in, we were told there was a 15-20 min wait. We sat in the waiting room about 40 mins before the same host that checked us in asked, "Are you guys waiting for a table?" I wanted so bad to say "No, we're just sitting here" So after he Apologized, the host sat us at a table. We were at our table about 20 mins before our waiter walked over and asked us for our drink order. At this point we started to get frustrated and not only placed our drink order, we also placed our food order as well. Food took about another 30 mins. My Daughter wanted Mayo for her burger and that took about 10 mins. Waiter only checked up on us one time entire time we were seated. And when he asked if we're we still doing fine, I asked the waiter for a soda refill for my son and he seemed a bit frustrated (When we had every reason to be frustrated). All in all, customer service sucked! Made for a bad 1st visit. Wont let this visit stop us from giving BWW another shot in the future.
