点评：While riding around the beautiful North Country on a warm summer day, I opted to stop in to Blue Ribbon Pasties to grab some food to go (to avoid cooking for dinner!).
This place is fairly new and they have a nice big parking lot (bikes - beware of the loose crushed stone). Inside it looks nice, with lots of tables in a big clean area.
I met the owners - a very nice couple who are friendly and polite.
My interest was in their pasties - a kind of meat and potato pie that is seasoned and baked (not a wet pie though). The owner makes them in house and recommended warming them up by baking or microwaving and then splitting them, adding the provided garlic butter, and then putting malt vinegar on top. My wife and I did this and they were very, very good. Nice flavor with plenty of filling! We had one chicken and one beef. Highly recommended!
Prices were good, the people were great, food was outstanding, and it was packed to go so well that it survived a long motorcycle ride home! Give this place a try and try the pasties!
