点评:We went there for lunch and service was terrible. The owners (husband and wife) have very poor customer commitment and do not care about customer requests.
First, we were the only customers at the restaurant when we ordered (around 3pm). We asked the lady owner whether they can make soup for us as it wasnt on the menu, she said she would investigate but never reverted.
Later, we asked the waiter who said said that he can make it for us which was appreciated.
Next, the lady owner started playing with a cat inside the restaurant, which is very inappropriate. The latter was left walking around inside.
No one asked us whether we would have drinks. The bar was left unattended for very long as it was the waiter himself who was acting as cook and barman. We asked the lady owner for a bottle of Sprite but she said only chill ones were available, while we were asking for a room temperature bottle. Hence we did not order.
Later on we asked the waiter same question, he brought us a room temp sprite bottle which seemed surprising as the owner previously investigated that there werent any such option currently available.
Later we asked a man walking around near our table whether he worked there and if he could arrange to move the stand fan nearer as it was hot inside. He then did not fail to mention that he was the owner and he then walked away without attending to our request. I had to ask his wife for same request and she then executed the request saying that her husband might have forgot (which i did not buy into).
We then ordered fried (meefoon) noodles with a special request of it to be soft enough to eat. After around 45mins of waiting time, if not more, our order arrived. The said noodles were super hard. I called the cook and told him about it. He wanted to take away our plates to cook it again (which i doubt would have been good as he did not respect our request in the first place). The male owner witnessed all the scene and was standing there like a statue the whole time without any sign of customer care or compassion. He preferred playing with the cat and walking around and staring at us from time to time, no more no less. I wonder what was his role there. Both him and his wife were useless at the restaurant during our tenure there.
It was a very unsatisfactory experience. We were the sole customers dining in at that time. I wonder what the service would have been if the restaurant was full with client. We paid our full bill without any excuse or commercial gesture from the owners. I will not recommend this restaurant at all.
