点评：They gladly accepted my order over the phone. Took my money. Let us show up to pick up our dinner an hour later, only to say they couldn’t complete our order because they had “no clams” (literally is named Clam Shack), but never bothered to call us and let us drive over 30 minutes for pick up. Guess I’ll wait to see if I actually even get reimbursed, considering the waitress that was taking care of us displaced her emotions on us for her error. Was mad enough to scratch the whole order itself and get my money back. So one person got to eat dinner tonight, while myself and daughter now have to last minute come up with something else. PSA: clam chowder is better at Fairgrounds and the staff is amazing… and you won’t have a “Lisa” trying to justify why she didn’t call you to let us know that our dinner order couldn’t be fulfilled. And just “sit, wait till we show up, and give nothing but attitude.”
