宅邸酒店的点评
点评：Shambles is quite possibly an understatement to describe the experience.
There are significant issues that should be raised before this questionable hotel should be allowed to receive guests. So let’s review the issues that quantify this place being a shambles:
1- Rooms were not ready (we arrived at 1500hrs ish).
2- Rooms were unclean and appeared to have plenty of temp fixes to them:
a. windows not fitting correctly in place leaving large gaps between the walls and window frame.
b. towels at the bottom of wood rotted doors.
c. bed sheets still dirty and stained
d. towels stained and dirty brown
e. bugs in the bed sheets
3- Snacks or food menu; food was ordered but the food we got was not that of what was advertised on the menu and lacked items from the menu on the plate such as the main ingredient (instead alternative was given with still no full compliment of what was on the actual menu.
a. Would not reduce the cost of the item either.
4- trip was arranged to go on a boat trip from reception staff and the trip was to that of somewhere else that was requested by group lead.
5- kettle in the room ✅ cup ✅ teaspoon ✅ sugar ✅ tea or coffee ❌ milk ❌
6- used flip flops in the bathroom for us to use, no thank you that is unclean yet again.
7- one poor sole in the group had a bed shower with a downpour from the ceiling and the mourning rain storm.
This hotel needs a full lesson on all aspects of hospitality and the needs and requirements of guests and expectations of it were to survive.
