Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park的点评
点评：Nice concept. Gives the kids something to do when the weather outside is not cooperative. We’ve been to arcades, trampoline parks, and bouncy places. This place combines them all under one roof. So they definitely have a nice variety of activities for the kids to participate in
That’s where the good ends. The check in process is very convoluted. There is a line for self service kiosks to sign waivers and buy the package you want. Other places separate these in order to control crowds. Not here. Each person on the average spends almost 10 minutes on a kiosk. The line is slow. You then have to move to another line for wristbands and socks.
Near the arcade there are some shoe cubbies and plastic bins. It’s just a big pile of shoes and coats. It’s also a tripping hazard.
So let’s get to the crowds. This place doesn’t really take crowd control into consideration. They pack em in....and u are forced to wait and wait and wait. While fighting crowds and wondering where to wait on line. The staff is young and needs more training. There were multiple instances of line cutting and many parents were clearly upset. I observed two employees in the trampoline area just chatting with each other. They were not policing the trampolines at all. Pay me the money to stand around and do nothing. I have an MBA in that.
This place would benefit from time slots. It’s almost a fire hazard how many people are allowed in here
