点评:Would not attempt to go again. My wife and I arrived and were quickly seated on what appeared to me to be a moderately busy night. Still plenty of empty tables. After ordering we waited 45 minutes and still no food was served. The server apologetically let us know twice that our dishes should be up soon. We watched two tables nears us be seated, served apps and then receive their entrées. Still no food. Our server, again, very politely let us know our food was coming soon. We asked to speak to the manager. She returned without the manager, we asked for the check for our drinks, and she offered to put our food together as a to-go. We declined. The check was for the full amount of the meal. We asked to speak with the manager a second time and asked the check be corrected. No manager. They had no courage to come speak to us and put the server in the middle of the conflict. Another server explained they were overrun with to-go orders and that was the cause for the delay. Our impression, we as the in-house customers were not as important as cranking the to-go orders out the door and the manager has no regard for their customers or they would have come spoken to us. Instead, the terrible leader put the server in the difficult position or apologizing for the terrible service that was the fault of the manager. I will not support such terrible management and mistreatment of employees in this manner, so I will not be going back and do not recommend anyone else support terrible leadership and service.
