Gastronomy Restaurant - Kitchen By Cirella's的点评
点评：There is no handicap accessible parking directly outside this restaurant's main outside entrance off the parking lot. There are only spots for fuel-efficient and hybrid vehicles! The only handicap accessible spots are far away down the parking lot by SFA's entrance--not the restaurant's.
There is no handicap accessible ramp in front of the restaurant either. Good luck parents with strollers!
The outside patio is packed with tables and chairs. No room for wheelchairs and strollers unless they make on the fly adjustments.
Patrons get trapped inside in the evening when SFA closes, and the restaurant remains open. A steel gate blocks access to the store's entrance and the retail area, which leads to the only handicap parking spots and the only ramp in the parking lot off the curb.
Repeated requests to Gastronomy, SFA, and the mall to add handicap accessible parking and a ramp directly in front this restaurant's entrance have fallen on deaf ears. They all clearly have no regard at all for anyone with a disability who presents with a valid handicap parking placard, and parents who tote bulky strollers and need a ramp in close proximity to the restaurant's entrance.
Food be dammed. If you can't safely and easily gain access, then what's the point?!
