Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse的点评
点评：This is my second visit to the restaurant chain. The first was in Pittsburgh, which was an awesome experience. My wife and I asked another couple to celebrate their upcoming retirement.
First, the good news: the decor at this location was fabulous. It was spacious, not loud or overcrowded. We were greeted with friendly staff and placed our orders in an timely manner. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the different meats and their preparation.
Second, the disappointment. I opted for the Indulgent Churrasco and decided on the butter-bathed lobster tail. For some reason, it took over half and hour to come - and only after I had to remind our waiter twice about my order. The lobster tail was small. Nevertheless it was delicious.
While the staff came around with multiple selections, it was a slow process. We had empty plates waiting 10-15 minutes on average for the next selection.
The dishes were well prepared and tasted great.
When it was time for dessert, again we had to wait 15 minutes before given dessert menus. My wife ordered coffee but had to
wait for the milk and sugar. The coffee was cold the time the milk/sugar arrived, prompting a request for a new cup of coffee.
To sum up my experience: food quality and taste - 5 stars; service - 1 star.
