点评：We stopped at this lovely hotel café with friends in the area we were visiting after a 2-hour train ride from New York City. We had 3 daily roast coffees, and one Earl Grey tea. Also, a pistachio croissant, a cherry cornmeal tart, and a whole wheat blueberry tart. With a 20% tip, the tab was $34. Like the hotel's sister restaurant, Bartlett House, you fill out a form for your pastries (that are displayed cafeteria-style) and drinks, and they are delivered to your table. The service was a little slow, but we were in no hurry. The café interior was nicely decorated to reflect the opulence of this boutique, 11-room hotel. In addition to the café, the hotel has a very nice cocktail lounge and elegant dining room. But bring your wallet if you want to book a room. Depending on the days you would want to stay, the prices can run from $475 to more than $1,000 per night, not including taxes, etc. The owners, the founders of Fresh soaps and fragrances, sold that business, but do offer a line of fragrances they have developed since the sale. The website talks about "Make it Bohemian". However, I don't think any Bohemians could afford to stay at this hotel! But, it is a lovingly restored property, on the main drag in Hudson, that is worth stopping by to see it, and have a coffee or a cocktail.
