点评:This is my third time at this resort and this time will be my last. When we arrived, we reserved a cabana to swim all day since it was a check-in day and the pool was closed and there was no compensation for that. After a lengthy discussion about this with the manager he “offered “ me a refund. The manager was extremely condescending towards me and everyone else that was inconvenienced by this. And it came down to where it was a lack of management where there was a lack of enough lifeguards scheduled for the pool.
The restaurant food is terrible. Last year they offered more of a healthy variety like salmon, which was very good but this year it was all fried and disgusting food. Housekeeping is a whole other issue. No services on our first day. The next day They knocked on our door at 6 PM to make up the beds and give us fresh towels. By then we were finishing with dinner and showering and getting ready for bed an hour or so after that. We actually had to get our own towels to shower after a long day at the park. And then they showed up with clean towels and to make our beds. We had to ask for a hairdryer and body wash soap several times when we arrived. The staff are very nice And conscientious and pleasure to talk with but the manager is not managing this hotel well at all. My two visits last year was great but not this year. So disappointing.
