点评：So looking forward to this. The food was good and the scene is pretty but the service was absolutely terrible. Like the worst I have ever experienced.
We were offered either sparkling water or flat when we got there. Silly me thinking flat would have been free. It was awful bottled water and since it was so hot inside we had 3 bottles and didn't realize $10 a bottle till the bill came.
The wine was like a 3 oz poor Max.
One app never came even after we asked for it again and then dinner came. Sushi and no soy but they brought the little bowls for the soy. Asked twice for soy nada. After 15 min I just ate it. Anything we asked for we wither waited 15/20 min or it just never came. The service was so slow we were there for 3 hours! I like not to be rushed but this was crazy. One dessert didn't come. I asked 2 more times for it. Never came then the bill came. I called again for the dessert. He said Well it's not on the bill. I said Well now it shouldn't be!
He should have brought it for free after the terrible night. Then we tried 3 times to get the missing app off of the bill. Then 20 min waiting to pay the bill. Somehow it wasn't working. If it wasn't so warm inside or if they offered to bring us a drink or even water as an apology it would have been something. The manager also didn't really seem to care. He apologized but really no care in the world. We were all very nice until the problem with dessert and the bill and I still kept it together. $500 later we will never be returning. So disappointed in the service. Just terrible
