点评：I have been coming here since 2001 and i have never had the experience i had today. Yesterday i went in to the deli to order a 3ft Hero with 1/2 honey turkey and American only and 1/2 honey turkey and provolone only. I made sure to check with the guy that took my order that it was plain no lettuce or tomato and for the mayo and mustard on the side and he assured me it was.
When I came in today to pick it up it had lettuce and tomato on it, i told the gentleman who gave it to me that it was wrong because it was supposed to be plain with cheese and instead of trying to understand he immediately went on the defensive and said "it never said that on the order". I told him I specifically went through what i wanted on my sandwich with the guy the took my order and he had a huge attitude and said there is nothing i can do. Then he took back the 3ft hero and said with a rude attitude "I am just going to take off the lettuce and tomato and give it back to you".
I don't eat lettuce and tomato hence why i ordered it plain. He said I can not change the bread or remake it.
At this point I was like just leave it alone there is nothing I can do I am not going to eat it but there is no reason for the attitude. I also said to him to make sure that the guy that took the order knows that he needs to write down everything next time because i specifically went through it with him.
IF this gentleman would have said in a calm manner that there was nothing i could do because the guy who took the order did not write it down and that the bread was a special order bread then I would not be as upset as i am now. I am 40 today and I never expected to have this issue, with my Hero place that I have ordered hero's from every time I had an event, from here on my 40th Birthday. I do not recommend this p[lace to anyone especially due to lack of customer service and disrespect I felt today.
