点评:I can’t tell you what’s good about this restaurant other than the scenery, because it’s on the river.
Had reservations for 7 PM, after 8:30 we asked the waiter (who didn’t even come by to tell us about the delay or refill our waters until we had to chase him down) where our food was. He responded we are busy…yeah it’s a Friday, every restaurant is. But we saw three groups that were seated after us get their meals and finish them. So we pressed him when we can expect our food and why he didn’t come by to refill our drinks the whole time, again he said he was busy as their team congregated by the bar. Busy talking, too busy for an explanation, apology, or even an update on our food. Finally, our party of 6 get our food. (2) Medium steaks came out well done, (2) pasta plates came out cold, my salmon was warm on the thin slice, but was cold everywhere else. The owner came by and asked what he can do. My wife didn’t even eat a piece of the steak and I ate the thin side of the salmon. I asked to remove the steak and I would pay 25% of the salmon. The owner then said that I ate 50% of it and would charge me half. I told him that I wouldn’t pay 50%…rather than the owner apologizing he threatens to call the police if I don’t pay the 50%.
I paid the 50% and told owner to cover the waiter’s tip since I’m being overcharged.
If you like a long wait time, cramped restaurant, non-attentive staff, AWFUL food, and a disrespectful owner that can’t even fake customer satisfaction and is open to customers knowing that his profits for poor food is more important than I would tell you this is your place. This restaurant is like Dick’s Last Resort, where they treat you like crap on purpose.
