East Eden Tavern & Smoke House的点评
点评：I really hate to post this cause I had such high hopes for this place, based on the reviews. Unfortunately I was sorely disappointed both times I went. Especially this past Friday. There was barely any service, the waitress hardly checked on our 6 top, the ribs were chilled and burnt, fish fry was overcooked and very greasy, and fries were soggy.
Oh and I went to the restroom, came back and there was a salad at my chair..oh wow, that's a pleasant surprise, and it was delicious, I didn't even request it.... get my check and I was charged for it!
It wasn't fun waiting an hour to get our food, thank goodness I had ordered an appetizer to tide us over.
To add insult to it all, my neighbor went to the hostess and complained saying "I'd really like to speak to your boss or manager." The girl smiled then the one next to her says "have a good night!" and both turned away. Very disrespectful.
Again, I didn't want to share this cause I really wanted to like the place but it's a NO for me.
