点评:We recently moved back to the capital district for the summer as a respite from the weather in SW Florida. We had heard of this place over the past few years and decided to give it a try. We were impressed with the food and the friendly service provided by Cameron and other staff. As we had a reservation we were promptly seated upon arrival, while others, apparently without reservations, waited for openings. The Caesar salad was requested with anchovies and was serviced with plenty of same and the dressing was right on. For entrees we had the veg bolognese which had a tasty rich sauce and calves liver. The liver was perfectly cooked medium rare and had a delicious topping of a mixture of bacon and onions where were seasoned nicely. The sides, one of which was eggplant we requested in place of the mashed potatoes listed on the menu, were very nicely prepared. We had a crème brûlée for dessert which was not as sweet as some but tasty and freshly fired as it was still warm on the crusted top. All in all a fine experience. We will be back.
