点评：Wow, I would NOT ever suggest you eat at BRIX-Cortland if you need to eat GLUTEN FREE. My wife and I were in the area and did a search for GF restaurants and this place had what looked like good reviews and a large GF menu to choose from. Their prices are high but with the diverse offerings we decided to give it a try. We were mistaken. I ordered the GF French onion soup the menu lists it as GF, When I got the order it was not a tradition French onion soup as there was no croutons. IF Brix is going to alter the item they need to explain that there will be parts missing as I have had French onion soup with GF croutons at other places. Strike one
I ordered the Chicken riggz GF. 45 mins later it arrived at the table with a breadstick on top that was not GF. Therefore contaminating the entire dish. Strike two.
When the entire arrived 15 mins latter some of the pasta was under cooked some was cold. My guess ( and I can only guess) is they took part of the dish and threw it away and under cooked the "new" pasta and added it to the dish Strike three
On the bill we were uncharred for GF items when there was no mention of this or is it anywhere on their menu or website. Strike four
SO celiac disease people, I do not suggest you ever eat here and if you have and have had a similar problem please let your voice be heard so others do not get sick
