点评:I used the McDonalds App and pre-ordered chicken nuggets and a ddouble cheeseburger with fries and a medium Coke. When I drove through the drive-thru I provided the "Order Code" to the lady at the other side of the speaker, and she couldn't find the order.
I pulled up to the first window and they couldn't find the order there, so they sent me to the second window. Becky (a manager?) and I looked at my App... and couldn't find the order (even though the App had given me the Code. I pulled up my credit card and showed Becky that $17.31 cents was charged at McDonalds, but was in "pending status".
So, I'm not sure why, but the App seems to have been the problem. Not only did it not communicate the order t6o the McDonalds, but it didn't let me pull up my "Order Code" again. Luckily I had hand-written it down. Also, it didn't shpw my Order.
Only after going to my credit card did it show the pending charge.
So, I pull up and park so as not to hold people up waiting behind.
Becky comes running out with the coke and bag of food and hands it to me. I gave her another credit card to pay because I thought the pending charge may not go through. Anyway, Becky refused to take payment and gave me the food. She was very professional and very nice.
