点评：My friend who ordered before me (separate payment) said that the cashier kept on looking at the payment terminal while my friend was paying. She (my friend) ended up giving a tip because of this. I on the other hand know that TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY. You give tips if they wait on you or when they do something exceptional. It is up to the customer if you deserve a tip or not. So, I placed NO TIP provided that it's for to go.
When she (cashier/barista) called my friend and then I, the service was different between us. Also, my cappucino was really bad that I only took 2 sips and ended up throwing it. I am the type who can finish eating or drinking something that's not really tasty. But with the coffee from this shop, it was really bad that taking a sip was a struggle.
Please give your customers the service that they deserve whether they tip you or not. Tips are just extra-it's just a bonus point. Additionally, tips are usually provided AFTER service has been given.
