This restaurant isn’t up to date
It looks dated needs a real new hip look
Why go to old place - need to decorate with Mexican style with vibrant colors
The booths are ripped - that isn’t style it’s a trend of not keeping your premise current.
Each booth should be inviting not dirty from previous customers - leatherette covering needs to be fresh reflecting design effective.
Even the paper tray covers need to reflect high tones of colors -
Placing chips on trays isn’t necessarily the right presentation - be proactive
Get new clientele with new ideas and learn you need to be able to make customers talk to others - called acquisition cost - bring down & bring up revenues.
Dirty Taco or whom ever are positive new competitors. Nothing great - expect they take business.
Repeat is the best compliment.

Lost touch with so many flaws from the original idea of making it easy and good - now complicated and not good
