点评：We've been here a few times and had a decent experience - except this most recent time, which would be our last. We got the poutine appetizer, which was good and I ordered a medium rare burger. When the server brought our food, we ordered more drinks and she said would be right back with them. The side dishes were mixed up on our orders, which wasn't a big deal until I checked my burger. Instead of medium rare, it was extra well done and not edible. I was just going to tell the server and see if they could make another one but she didn't come back for 10-15 minutes. By the time she came back with the drinks, my family had just about finished their meals so I told her to take mine back and take it off the check, as I never even tasted the burger or eaten any of the side dish. We had already spent too much time there and wasn't waiting for them to try and get it right. The server came back and told me that her manager took it off the check, like she did me some kind of favor. Will not be going back.
