点评：We had dinner Saturday evening Dec 14 at 7:30 pm.
There is valet service to park the car and our table was ready and waiting for us.
The service is exceptional throughout the entire dinner. Drinks come quickly and our orders are taken when we are ready, which I feel is important.
I had the tuna steak which was done perfectly rare as it is sushi grade and my wife went with the veggie burger. We had a delicious Cotes du Rhone, which was well balanced and decidedly complex.
We ate in the Taproom which was very busy, but did not impact the continued filling of water glasses, bread and any requests from us.
The setting of The kittle House is 18th century elegant and the holiday lights and decorations were charming and tasteful.
Truly the experience is set in an authentic antique with contemporary sensibilities, service and meals. I really do not know how you can improve upon, nor could you re-create this gift box of a restaurant experience. There is nothing like it in northern Westchester. BTW, the wine selection available just adds to the remarkable experience. Do not miss this rare jewel.
