点评：Clearly attention has been paid of late to create an outstanding experience.
Our table preference was met (lake view on the enclosed patio); they recognized that it was a birthday with a card signed by the staff; the app specials, oysters and salmon tartar, were outstanding. My cocktail was perfect, and included a clear ice block (something I cannot make at home). The filet and ribeye, both cooked over a wood fire, were outstanding, especially with the trio of sauces that we selected. The signature crème brûlée was amazing. Best of all, our server Lauren was attentive, knows a great deal about dining, and took very good care of us. The million dollar view of the lake is a bonus. We are very fortunate to have this hotel in our home town. If you go, please take advantage of the dishes that they cook over the wood fire; it is something you will not easily find elsewhere.
