Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet的点评
点评：I discovered Flaming Grill about this May , while looking for better service and cleanliness than the buffet closer to home ,; it has become an instant favorite of mine , and I've averaged at least one visit a week since . Last Saturday I treated my son and several of his friends visiting from Ohio ( he's a Buckeye ) and they loved the fare , as well everything else that makes Flaming Grill special . What stands out most for me is the quality of service , from the front desk to the gentle servers : consistently considerate , cordial and caring ( at 67 , I need as little drama as possible ! ) . Cleanliness among kitchen staff is apparently also a priority here : Plates are always dry before being stacked , utensils available next to the plates consistently spotless ( that is not the case in buffets outside of Grand Avenue ) . While the food is largely standard buffet fare , there are some nice differences : hibachi chicken is tasty but nut overly sweet and not dripping with sauce , they serve REAL onion rings , a fruit salad in a light bed of vanilla pudding , the tea is ALWAYS fresh ( no metallic taste from being in a vat all day ) ..... and it seems that every week there is some slight change in the menu . Music is kept low , and that is appreciated as well ( although some traditional Chinese would be nice ) . The place does get crowded , being in the middle of a strip mall , so do come early ; there is very ample parking available at the north end of the L shaped lot , with at least 2/3 of the spaces there always open , if you don't mind walking 100 yards .
