点评：This was the 3rd of 4 camps on a 12 night safari in Botswana. We stayed for 3 nights & had a fantastic time. This feels a very special place from the moment you get on the boat for the 15 minute ride to the camp. Watching the wildlife, including elephants crossing the channel ahead of us, as we journeyed through the channels became an integral part of life here. Bono our guide was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, quickly understood what we were interested in & tailored our game drives accordingly. We witnessed a great interaction between 2 invading young male lions & the resident pride, whilst a leopard watched on from the safety of its tree! Leopard sightings were excellent here with 3 different leopards. We spent 1 morning searching for wild dogs. We found their den but unfortunately they had recently left (We were lucky enough to spend time with wild dogs at our next camp, Chitabe.) The camp itself was amazing & the rooms incredibly comfortable. Food & service was amazing. The welcome we received from everyone was so warm, the likes of Tebby, Ngisi, Frank & Tee help create a great atmosphere at this camp. Swapping stories by the fire whilst enjoying a g&t provided by the wonderful Kesey will always remain a lasting memory of Little Vumbura as will the great bbq night in the bomo watching all the camp staff singing & dancing with enthusiasm. Thank you Little Vumbura.
