A lovely place in town in Ruidoso
MCM优雅套房小屋的点评
点评：The hotel is in a lovely location on the golf course near the convention center in Ruidoso. Like I had read from reviews, the staff is amazingly polite and professional. Check in experience was flawless. The room was very nice, a bit on the outdated side, but well maintained. Our experience was quiet - can’t guarantee for everyone - we were on the top floor near the end of the hall, overlooking the golf course.
Complimentary buffet breakfast was a nice touch. The buffet was whah you would expect - breakfast meat, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy.
Some of the things showed a bit of age and deferred maintenance: water stains on the roof of the dining room, scuffs around the walls, and signs of wear, but was generally very clean.
The elevators - which there are only 2 in one spot - were a bit slow, and very far from the room we selected (in fairness, we said - far from an elevator - but it’s on the opposite end of the long wing …). And the stairways were very stinky with smoke, and the outside exits lead to the lawn - which is a bit weird - no paths- clearly not intended for heavy usage.
In general, we liked it, it was nice, and we would visit again.
