点评：DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL EVER! I don't care HOW desperate you are. I have stayed here 3 years prior to this year and they were fine, Had some weird people hanging around but nothing to make me feel afraid. UNTIL THIS TIME - First off, they charge the full balance of your stay after 6pm / NOT just one night but the WHOLE stay / per front desk they will refund the rest uhhuh / 2. HVAC (A.C) was not working at all . i called on the 16th, 17th and 18th about the issue - ALL kept giving me BS reasons and no resolution- MANY complained about this as per google reviews about this property / 3. They charge a pet deposit which is refundable (I have AKC show dogs and that's why we were in town - NEVER have i ever been charged a deposit for my show dogs that was not disclosed . YEA... BAD business / 4. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The night of the 18th after the dog show - I was trying to relax and got a phone call on the hotel phone thinking its front desk to tell me they are fixing the A/C. INSTEAD - I got some guy on the phone that said he would see me later, and he's coming by later (AT THIS TIME IM THINKING oh ok its the HVAC techs coming to look at the T-stat or something with the room, RIGHT?) WRONG! - I am hard of hearing and asked him to repeat himself which he did 4x. I hung up called front desk and asked about this - She made an excuse of she knew or thinks she knew who it was. I walked to the front desk to ask her directly, and the girl there said Oh he called for your room number and per Motel 6's policy we are to xfr calls to the room, If they ask by name we dont do that then. WHAT!!!! - She said he called from an outside line and didnt know who he was, At this point being a DV victim i said SEE YA, NOT ONCE! did Motel 6 offer for me to change rooms for the remainder of my stay, NOT ONCE try to compensate me for this issue. I left at 7:30pm Saturday May 18th because i didnt want to see if this guy would show up or not. I am so livid over this issue, and i filed a complaint with corporate - The Motel 6 did refund me my deposit - on the 20th for the $50, THEN ive got a pending deposit from there for 73.33 (One night stay) THEY should be compensating for the WHOLE weekend due to NO A/C. - security safety -
