点评:Don’t stay here. Multiple problems and told “not my fault” by the front desk.
We checked in and were assigned a room on the second floor. The elevator didn’t work We toted are bags upstairs. The toilet didn’t work in the room. We called the front desk and told we needed to come to the front desk to get another room. We did this and were assigned another room. We advised the elevator didn’t work. They said they would reset it and it did work for the trek to our new room, The toilet worked in the new room.
We left for dinner. When we returned a note on the elevator stated it was not working. We used the stairs. We settled in and decided it was warm in the room. We tried adjusted the temp on the thermostat and nothing happened. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. I called the front desk on my cell phone and advised of both issues. I was told the heat is regulated at the front desk the she was unaware the phone didn’t work.
At this point I was annoyed. No sorry for the inconvenience ect. I was advised when I stated this that I would not get a “I’m sorry” for any of the issues I outlined as it “wasn’t her fault.” I asked to speak to the manager and she stated there wasn’t one on duty and I would need to come to the front desk to contact the manager. I advised I would be contacting the corporate office.
A simple acknowledgment of the issues and an I’m sorry would have been all that was needed. Instead a blatant refusal was received. We will never stay here again and hope no one else does.
