培拉特背包客旅馆的点评
点评：The building of the hostel was beautiful and in a perfect location. Looking back on past reviews I think this hostel did used to be excellent, pre-covid, but since then, it feels like it's just been forgotten.
It was often impossible to find staff, they would be scattered throughout the hostel and didn't make themselves known that they worked there. The reception area was often just left with noone to help guests which was disappointing. Also the breakfast which is meant to run until 10.30am, was a first In best dressed situation. I arrived at 9.30am with nothing left, and not a volunteer in sight.
I don't blame this on the volunteers at all, I think the manager of the hostel absoloulty needed to be more present in the building, instead of just relying on volunteers to run the place.
I don't doubt this used to be an excellent hostel, it just needs more attention to bring it back to the place that it used to be.
