Phillies Sports Grill & Bar的点评
点评：Phillies Sports Grill & Bar are operating a complete scam. I drank there for a couple of hours and noticed that there were considerably more beers added to my bill than what I had ordered.
I couldn’t be completely sure so before I ordered my next beer, I checked my bill and it said I had ordered 15 beers in total. I ordered 1 more beer and the bill came back with 18 beers.
I called the staff out on it and they said there is a computer glitch that added 3 beers instead of just the 1 beer I ordered. I told the staff they had been adding beers to my bill all night but they fiercely argued that it was just a one off computer glitch.
I know I had not drank 15+ beers during the time I was there but they insisted that I had. The staff became aggressive and forced me to pay for the beers I didn’t order so I paid and left.
This place is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. The manager continues to argue that it is a POS system issue and that he has a large sec loyal customer base so doesn’t care.
He is a simple thief.
