点评：I love Starbucks!
I have ordered lots of cold drinks and breakfast sandwich on the way to work. Long story short, me, my niece's, and my son went to browse around the Sm clark mall, we sat down and ordered cold drink and desserts at coffee bean coffee tea place, i was very impressed that they have water pitcher to drink on top of their counter for people who are thirsty for water. I took my family there to shop and walk around the mall, then suddenly my son was super thirsty, he wants water to drink. This little boy loves water he is disciplined to stay hydrated. We stopped at Starbucks, to get a glass of water for my little boy, I approach the guy at the counter and i was very polite to requested for a glass of water he said ok, so I step aside because i don't want to bother anyone so, I waited, and waited just for a glass of water my little boy is begging me for some water he said super thirsty! I went to cashier counter to request for a glass water he pointed me to the other counter to ask for water. He's been ignoring us just for a glass of water. I, am a loyal Starbucks patron, I spend so much money on a weekly basis at Starbucks. I am usually satisfied at Starbucks, this poor customer service tainted my positive view of this company. I, walked out more than a little disappointed. Sm Clark inside mall. (February 2024).
