点评：We had checked in 3 times in Jan and Feb 2023. The last time we checked in, my body wash and a face wash was left behind..called the hotel from Manila, asked them if the items were with the housekeeping. They said yes, and I said i will collect them in my next stay. Today when I arrived, both items were handed to me in a plastic bag. I took a shower, and they had MIXED DISH WASHING LIQUID OF THE SAME COLOR..i was laughing out loud first and then called the reception.. they sent someone to inspect, who said they will review the cctv (?) And get back tomorrow. Guess how it feels to have dishwashing liquid on your body! I called the reception to connect me to the General manager..they refused flatly "oh he has left for the day, tell me how i can help" To anyone reading this, PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTE BEEN HERE SINCE 2016..THEIR SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN TO ABYSMAL LEVELS
