Great food, terrible service!
萨默塞特西查尔斯爵士酒店 a Tribute Portfolio Hotel的点评
点评：We were invited for breakfast with friends that stayed over the night.
The food was of great quality and very, very nice. The lack of enough staff to service the full restaurant spoiled the wonderful food. The staff that was on duty tried there best but it was impossible to cover all the corners. We had to ask for cutlery, the juice station ran out of glasses, the bread station ran out of bread, no bowls at the fruit station etc. One then looked for someone to assist but they were trying to satisfy someone else's needs. In their defence the staff did react once they were alerted to the shortage. We actually felt sorry for the staff. In my mind it is bad management, nobody on the floor to pick up on these things. At the price of the breakfast one expect great service with visible management.
Unfortunately they wont see me again. Giving them a three is actually a compliment.
