点评：We were visiting from Florida -- in town for a class reunion. Our hotel was right next to the Longhorn, so naturally we went. Up front? The restaurant was chaotic -- up front. Bad information and confusion all around. Didn't look good. But thanks to manager Mike -- we were seated quickly. The dinner went well -- the salad and asparagus were DELICIOUS! Some of the best we've ever had, and certainly the best at a chain restaurant. Our server Rai was delightful and professional. But the meat, surely the mainstay at such a place of dining, was...regrettable. It arrived terribly over seasoned. We did not know it would be served this way. I was unable to eat it, and server Rai saw to it, along with Mike, that we got another serving. It was tough. Not filet mignon, but then, the menu did not say that it would be. We assumed, and assumed wrong. Our dissatisfaction was met head-on and courteously and we could not be more happy with the outcome. So lower your expectations for the meat, hope you get Rai for your server, and say hello to Mike for us!
