点评:Customer service is appalling. We were meant to go up at around 8am on 12 March for my 40th Birthday. We were told the night before that there was an emergency and we would be phoned at 12pm on the 12th. We waited for a call that never came and hung around at Dragon Peaks for and hour and a half. Eventually got hold of someone only to be told the pilot was now somewhere else.
Later that day we were told that it would have to happen on the 13th so we confirmed that they would call us at 6am and that our preferred time would be 10h30/11h00 on the 13th.
still no call and it is 11:15.
Could not plan alternative activities as waiting around not knowing when they were going to call on the 12th and now again on 13th.
The least they could do was inform us.
Very poor service and a big disappointment for myself and family as it was meant to be a surprise for my 40th.
