Yellowfin LBI的点评
点评：We are long time locals on LBI but had never been to Yellowfin. To say we were very disappointed is an understatement. We sat outside in what had been the restaurant parking lot pre COVID. No flowers on the table or any other attempt to create a nice atmosphere. The service was average at best. My wife ordered dumplings which were well prepared and tasty. Interestingly however the presentation was very different than the presentation when they had been served five minutes before at an adjacent table. For our main course we both selected paella, one of the specials. Although the dish was plentiful as it contained two scallops, a pice of sausage, half of a lobster, two pieces of fish and numerous mussels and clams it was tasteless. I have eaten paella all over the United States and Europe including Spain and fortunately have never seen it prepared like this before. It was swimming in a flavorless broth.
