点评：The Roxbury Diner is like every other diner in the area. Trying to pray on stupid people who do not know anything about going out to eat except the drive through at McDonalds. The kitchen at the Roxbury Diner is clueless and so are the owners there. We would stay away from the appetizers because they have no clue on how ot prepare them and they charge you an arm and leg for what it really cost. We had the morzella and peppers and who what an insult to italians! They bring out 4 quarter sized pieces of cheese, drowned in 50 gallons of oil, underneath these dried out tomotoes with these string sized pieces of peppers that fit right on the cheese. $14.00 rip off. Another time had the "premium diner" $24 came with no bread (had to ask for it) got a salad that consisted of (1) ring of onion (1) dried out tomato and (1) cucumber. and 99% lettuce. The waitress got mad because we called her out, we're paying $25 for yesterday's stale bread and that salad, plus chicken that was 2 - 4oz for $24. A pound of chicken is 16 oz and costs no more than $6. So for $25 your getting $2.00 worth of chicken. $2.00 costs >>>>> $24.99 Gee 1000% markup! That much mark up and they put out this crxp on a dish. That's how these places stay in business, and prey on the stupidity of their customers. Breakfest is all frozen reheated in the place, and you get a bill for $9.00 for french toast, which is they dont even cook anything, they reheat a bag of bread that is alredy prepared as french toast, $5 for the bag of 24 slices! You do the math on the rip off!
This place tought us one thing, alwyas bring a camera with you, so that we can catch scam artists like the Roxbury Diner in the act! We've never said anything about the place until now, because of the Owners attitude - needs to learn how to run a business and stop ripping off people!
