点评:Roxbury, Diner
We’ve been taking meals at this diner since moving into the area last year. We average approximately three visits per week. We always tip well,$10. -$15. to our servers even when ordering some thing as simple as eggs dishes. Today we went in for an early dinner at 4:30 with our small, 4lb service dog (the first time she’s joining us).
I was approached by a man asking if she was a service dog to which I replied “yes would you like to see her ID?” he responded yes and as I handed him the card, I told him it was illegal to ask for proof but gave it to him anyway. He then asked me what the medical condition was, also illegal. I explained to him that my husband suffers from seizures. I asked him if he wanted us to leave and he shrugged his shoulders. So we left.
Had he come over with a smile or any type of pleasantness we would have chosen to stay and continue to patronize this eatery. He had an attitude from the moment he came to the table. The wait staff knows us well. They know where we like to sit, some of them even know what we order.
Very unkind and nasty.
Be forewarned that if you have any type of medical ailment he might not want you to dine in his establishment.
