Convenient Location, But Disappointing Service
海洋7号公寓的点评
点评：The hotel’s proximity to the boardwalk and beach is undeniably its strongest asset—just steps away from the sand and sea. The public areas were clean upon arrival, and the room itself was tidy and well-maintained at first glance.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. On our first night, we turned down the bed only to find multiple hairs in it—an unsettling discovery in what should have been a freshly made bed. When we contacted the front desk, we were given the option to either make the bed ourselves with new sheets or wait for someone to come up. That level of indifference set the tone for the rest of the stay.
Housekeeping services were virtually nonexistent. There was no trash removal or towel replacement provided. When we asked the front desk, we were simply told to place our trash outside the door and someone would pick it up. As for clean towels, the issue was brushed off and never addressed.
While the location is fantastic, the lack of basic hospitality and responsiveness from the staff made for a frustrating stay. I would strongly consider booking elsewhere in the future.
