点评：We went to Steve's and Cookie's by the Bay with no reservations and the wait will be about an hour for a table and it's not even the season yet. So we walked over to the bar and scored on two great center seats in the middle of the bar near the piano where he was playing easy listening dinner music. We were happy!!! The last time we were here was about 11 years ago.
At the bar was Frank who is a 22 year veteran of pouring and making drinks behind the bar. A true staple, with great service, and always on the move, and happy to serve.
We ordered a Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay from the Russian River region to start our night. Followed by the Ugly Tomato Salad for my wife, her Favorite, and I had the pea soup. Her app was huge, tasty, and filling. It was the correct combo with all the great flavors blended together. Definitely a unique name for a great salad. The pea soup had rich, super flavor, nice and thick and perfect with the bacon and garlic croutons!!!
For the main course, my wife ordered the crab cakes with the mashed potatoes and Cole slaw, and I ordered the Kobe Beef Meatloaf with mash potatoes and peas and carrots. Both entrees were out of control delish!!! Great tasting, superb flavor, and hitting the palate with happiness. If you love meatloaf, like I do, I highly recommend this dish and ask for extra gravy!!! I love it drowned in the rich thick brown gravy!!!
We were thinking about dessert but there was no room since we were so full.
Overall, a landmark of fine dining on the bay in Margate. Food is excellent, drinks were nice and cold, and the service is awesome!!! Free parking in their lot, wheelchair friendly. And dress to impress!!!

我们本来想吃甜点，但因为吃得太饱了，没有地方吃了。
