点评：My daughter has been wanting to try this restaurant. and it turned out to be a great place with excellent food.
It is a BYOB, but the best feature is, it is in a small strip mall in Hoboken with parking, so you don’t have to feed a meter,
The food is outstanding. Everything is made in-house, except for the pasta. The owner, Giuseppe, told us he used to make the pasta in-house also, but the restaurant has gotten so busy, he just doesn’t have the time to make the pasta.
We started with a special appetizer, Burrata Bread, which was toasted bread with burrata and hot (spicy) honey. It was fabulous.
We ordered two salads, a Caesar salad and the Campania salad, which had Arugula, Gorgonzola Cheese, Walnuts, and Apples in a Strawberry Vinaigrette. The Caesar salad was light, with just the right amount of dressing, and the walnuts were full of flavor, which made the Campania salad and excellent choice for salad.
For entrées, we ordered,
Polpettini: Freshly Made Meatballs in a Tomato Sauce Served with Spaghetti.
Farfalle Vodka: Farfalle in a Light Pink Cream Vodka Sauce.
Chicken Parmigiana: Breaded Chicken Cutlet with Tomato Sauce and Fresh Mozzarella.
Chicken Burrata: Breaded chicken Cutlet Over Penne in a Vodka Sauce topped with a homemade
Burrata.
Chicken Francese: Chicken Breast Sautéed with Lemon, Butter and White Wine.
Every one of the entrées was fresh and flavorful.
Definitely a place to put on your list of restaurants to try.
