点评：A couple months ago, I wrote a rave review about PF Chang's, in particular, complimenting our server. She was wonderful and the food was very very good. Today, I returned to PF Chang's with my husband and the music was so loud, we couldn't even hear ourselves think. We asked the server to lower the music but he said it would take a few minutes. We ordered our food but the music continued to pound in our ears. Finally, I went to speak with the manager who said the music was just fine and it had been lowered. But it simply went from mega mega loud to mega loud. Finally, we told them to cancel our order and we were leaving the restaurant. Neither the manager nor the server cared. I advise anyone who cannot bear loud, heavy drumming and bass while trying to eat, to think twice about eating at PF Chang;s.
This is such a shame because the food is very good and in the past, we had caring servers and management. Sadly, this is no longer the case.
