点评：Most local "Italian" restaurants are glorified pizza joints. Vincent's is a real Italian restaurant serving well prepared upscale food. While most offerings are Italian they do offer a few non Italian entrees such as short ribs. The arugula salad was excellent as was the crispy and tender calamari. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the grouper special. My veal francese was well prepared, tasty and tender. I change the side dishes from mashed potato and steamed vegetables to linguini with oil and garlic. It was the best such dish I have had in a long time. Unlike most restaurants their oil and garlic pasta was not swimming in oil or overloaded with garlic. They got it perfect!
We were a party of eight and everyone was very please with their meal. We sat in the side room in the back which isolated us from the main dining area and its noise.
The wait staff were friendly and efficient. All in all it was a good dining experience.
